Request account and data deletion

This page applies to users of Slim-XR Online (Qimondo Limited Partnership). It explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to the contact address shown below with the subject line "Delete account".
  2. Send the request from your registered Slim-XR Online email address if possible, and include your account identifier (for example your account email).
  3. After successful identity verification, we confirm receipt and start the deletion process.

Deletion request contact:

Data that will be deleted

  • Account profile data such as name, email address, and profile information.
  • App data linked to your account (for example nutrition and activity entries).
  • Support and account data that we are not legally required to retain.

Data that may be retained temporarily

  • Billing, invoice, and tax-relevant records (typically up to 10 years where legally required).
  • Technical security and server logs (typically up to 30 days).
  • Data required to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims (for the legally required retention periods).

Processing timeline

We process deletion requests without undue delay and usually complete the process within 30 days after successful identity verification, unless legal retention requirements apply.
